The Biology of Belief
Dr Bruce Lipton

A fascinating read by a reknowned biologist about how thoughts and energy affect the cells of our body. Essential reading for all health practitioners, parents, and anyone who truly wishes to understand health. - HD

"Two of the things that I love doing, and which greatly inspire me, are increasing my knowledge and awareness. Knowledge is such a powerful tool, and we should never stop our learning. There are many great teachers out there, and we should try and learn as much as we can from them. Make your world a better place through lifetime learning."

Buddhism For Busy People

Buddhism For Busy People
David Michie

This book really inspired me to slow down and really take more of life in. No understanding of Buddhism is necessary. Michie simply takes you on his journey and allows you to take from it what you might need at the time. A very digestible and enjoyable book. - HD

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

True Spirit

True Spirit
Jessica Watson

Jessica's story is truly inpiring. At 16, she was the youngest person to sail solo, unassisted, and nonstop around the world, and she did so despite so many people attempting to discourge her. I would especially recommend this book to young people who are determined to achieve things in life that are above and beyond the ordinary. - HD

Hamish's Music Journal; Volume Ten
Hamish Davidson

Haha... I would never let you read my journals, but I have been keeping a daily journal since the year 2000. You should definitely consider keeping a journal for yourself. Suggestions for things to include are goals, dreams, ideas, acheivements, tabs on your progress, inspirational quotes, notes on your readings, reflections on your experiences, etc. You should put your current vision and mission statements near front of each journal. Include photos, tickets, and momentos. Make note of who you are interacting with in your life, what lessons they are teaching you, and how they effect you. - HD
